The Vacation rental “Bichitrita” is a family home built nearly two decades ago, a modern residence in the Andrews Palli area of Santiniketan, just 1.5 kilometers from the heart of the Visva Bharati University campus.
It’s the perfect home, away-from-home and this vacation rental offers spacious modern air-conditioned rooms with attached bathroom, food on order, dinning area, and balcony.
The front court yard’s beautiful fish pond welcomes you to rejuvenate from inside. A huge backyard garden with pond, lily pool, grass lawn, season flower garden and an organic vegetable garden gives you the pleasure of ultimate luxury in tranquility.
The garden pond deck with umbrella and chairs, season flowers and the pathways makes it a perfect place for a family outing or relaxing or a lazy day-out and rest.

- Early check-in requests can be accommodated based on availability.
Check-Out:
- Time: By 11:00 AM
- Late check-out may incur an additional fee.
General Rules:
- Valid ID required at check-in.
- Please inform us in advance if arriving outside standard check-in times.
- Guests are expected to vacate rooms by the check-out time to allow for preparation for the next guests.

- Respect Quiet Hours:
- Maintain a low noise level between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Pets:
- Pets are not allowed, except for service animals with prior notice.
- No Parties or Events:
- Hosting parties or events is not permitted.
- Cleanliness:
- Please keep the space tidy and dispose of garbage in designated bins.
- Guest Limit:
- Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. No unregistered overnight visitors.
- Damages:
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused and may incur additional charges.
- Use of Amenities:
- Respect and properly use all amenities and facilities provided.
- Check-Out:
- Ensure all personal belongings are taken, and the key is returned upon check-out.

Cancellation Policy for Our Home Stay
- Free Cancellation:
- Cancel up to 7 days before check-in for a full refund.
- Partial Refund:
- Cancel 3-6 days before check-in, and receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- No Refund:
- Cancel less than 3 days before check-in, or in case of a no-show, no refund will be issued.

- In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us to discuss possible exceptions
